Stutzer Park — Innovative Implementation and Connection with the Environment
The Stutzer Park, located in a residential area of Blumenau, is a project that combines innovation in implementation, integration with the environment and a high-quality residential experience. This residential building was designed with an approach that prioritizes living with nature, the well-being of residents and respect for the urban context.
One of the project's innovations is the implementation of the building. Instead of occupying the corner, the structure was placed diagonally, creating a generous gap that allowed the formation of an open park. This tree-lined space transforms the corner into a welcoming environment, offering a new meeting place for the community and valuing the sidewalk and the street. The building's north-facing orientation maximizes natural lighting and ventilation, creating healthier and more comfortable environments for residents.
Stutzer Park is marked by an intelligent and well-organized floor plan, with two apartments per floor, each equipped with a private pool. The façade, designed to capture the northern sun, is enriched by flower barriers and abundant vegetation, which not only embellish the building but also ensure greater privacy and thermal comfort. These elements reflect the commitment to creating spaces that promote a harmonious relationship between architecture, landscape and urban planning.
This project is a celebration of quality of life, highlighting the best that Blumenau already offers. Stutzer Park represents a contemporary vision of living well, combining innovation, functionality and respect for the urban environment, in line with the convictions of Alencar Possible Futures to create a future where architecture and nature coexist in harmony.
