Klara — A Declaration of Love for the Landscape

The Klara building, located on the top of a hill on Rua Klara Hering, in Blumenau, is a celebration of the city's unique landscape. Located on an elevated and privileged spot, the project was conceived as a tribute to the breathtaking view of the historic center, the river curve and the mountains that shape the region's scenery. With wide openings and floor-to-ceiling glass panels, Klara embraces the surrounding landscape, providing a visual experience that permeates the entire apartment, from the suites to the bathrooms and the social area. The vegetation integrated into the project not only protects against solar incidence, but also reinforces the constant connection with nature, balancing functionality and aesthetics. The plan was precisely designed, prioritizing comfort and fluidity, meeting contemporary needs while reflecting the architectural values of Alencar Possible Futures.
