Apto Lina – An Extension of Identity and History

The Apto Lina, located in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, is a meticulously crafted renovation in a 40-year-old building. This project was conceived as an extension of its owners’ DNA, reflecting their passions for photography, Brazilian design, and historical elements, in an environment that blends sophistication and authenticity.

Featuring pieces by renowned Brazilian designers, the apartment serves as a tribute to national design. Noble materials such as wood and restored granite were used to create a welcoming and unique space. The inclusion of vegetation and light tones brings a bright and harmonious atmosphere, while the architectural details establish a dialogue between past and present.

Every space in the Apto Lina was designed with attention to the residents’ needs and aspirations, resulting in a project that not only provides functionality but also celebrates the art of living.
