Concept Store — An Essay for the Future at Viva Park

The Concept Store, located in Viva Park, in Porto Belo, on the Santa Catarina coast, is much more than a commercial space. This is a great rehearsal, a place where visitors can experience some of what the future neighborhood will offer. This project was designed to be the gateway to Viva Park, providing a warm welcome while the neighborhood is still under construction and development.

With an architecture marked by displaced blocks and an impressive wooden structure as a roof, the Concept Store houses elements that symbolize the neighborhood's proposition. Among its highlights are lakes, lush landscaping, integration spaces, coffee areas, and places dedicated to the exhibition of models and architectural projects. It is a space that invites people to connect with the essence of the neighborhood and to explore the architecture that is being planned.

The project is complete and detailed, from the design of the architecture and the roofs to the exclusive furniture. A striking example is the internal grandstand, positioned in front of a large model that represents the neighborhood. The Concept Store is, above all, an immersive experience, a space where visitors can view, discuss, and be inspired by the future that is being built at Viva Park.
