Located in the Vivapark neighborhood, on the Santa Catarina coast, Casa Vokkan transcends the traditional divisions between interior and exterior, promoting a fluid and integrated experience.

The design incorporates innovative elements, such as a ramp that can be used to climb a skateboard, continuously connecting the ground to the ceiling. This multifunctional space houses offices, receptions and cafés, becoming a large portal to welcome the neighborhood. More than a building, Casa Vokkan exemplifies the type of architecture we are committed to offering: contemporary, functional, and deeply connected to people's needs.

Inspired by the Alencar Possible Futures manifesto, Casa Vokkan is not limited to its primary function, but seeks to awaken interest and create meaningful experiences for its users.
