Casa PZ — Connecting Architecture in Harmony with Golf

Casa PZ is a single-family residence located in an exclusive club neighborhood of Itapema, overlooking a vast golf course. This project was designed to enhance the unique relationship between architecture and landscape, with a layout that prioritizes a privileged view of the countryside and integration with the surrounding environment.

The house has a careful organization, separating the intimate areas from the social areas, but maintaining a fluid connection between the spaces. In the social area, indoor and outdoor environments are intertwined, promoting moments of conviviality for the family and receptions between friends, always in harmony with nature.

The choice of materials reflects the search for a contemporary and welcoming architecture, which meets the wishes and needs of the residents. The design balances aesthetics and functionality, creating spaces that promote comfort, well-being and the experience of living in a unique place, with unforgettable views and an atmosphere of exclusivity.
