Apto Pomerode — Retrofit with Connection to Nature

Apto Pomerode, located in the charming town of Pomerode, is a retrofit project that completely transformed an old house into a contemporary apartment. Every detail has been redesigned to create a large, bright and functional space, where modern design communicates with the surrounding landscape.

Large glass openings were integrated into the design, allowing the green of the surrounding mountains to become part of the indoor environment. This constant connection with nature was one of the pillars of the design, which also prioritized lightweight materials and very high quality finishes. The apartment was designed to be a serene haven where functionality and aesthetics coexist in harmony.

Apto Pomerode reflects the essence of the Alencar Arquitetura manifesto, valuing both the quality of life and the connection with the environment. It is a project that combines innovation and respect for nature, creating a unique and inspiring space.
