GARD — A Manifesto of Connection Between Nature and Urban Life

At the heart of GARD is its ground floor, a lively extension open to the public. This carefully designed space promotes permeability between the street and the river, creating a natural and inviting flow. The commercial bases, arranged like small barns in a random composition, offer multiple perspectives and experiences. Walking along this ground floor is a sensory journey, where vegetation, river and works of art intertwine to create a unique living space. It's a place where the city breathes and where people can reconnect with nature and with each other.

Complementing the ground floor, the project has a garage building that is a work in and of itself. Covered in vegetation and exposed bricks, it offers a unique visual and functional experience. Access to this building is through a circular building, a true suspended garden, where each floor is surrounded by a metal structure that evokes tree branches. The simple act of driving through this space transforms into an architectural and sensory experience, showing how even the most functional details can be elevated to art.

The GARD apartment tower is another highlight. With panoramic views of the river, mountains, and city, it combines functional and carefully thought out layouts with a contemporary façade. Asymmetric metal structures and strategically placed flower boxes create a dialogue between interior and exterior, bringing greenery closer to residents and reinforcing the connection with nature. Every detail has been designed to provide a balanced, comfortable and inspiring living experience.

At the top of the parking building, a leisure floor transforms the space into an urban oasis. Courtyards, living areas, and hanging gardens provide a haven for contemplation and encounter.
